Consisting of floral, sweet and malty rich flavours from this distilled IPA, Young Tom is then rested for 6 weeks with fennel, star anise and sunflower root.

Serving Suggestions

Young Tom Welsh Gin with a sprig of Rosemary:

Fill a tall glass with ice, pour in the Young Tom Welsh Gin and add a splash of tonic. Clap the sprig of rosemary in your hands to enhance its aromas and garnish - this provides the serve with a charming herbal aroma and flavour, and combines well with the sweet and floral flavours from the distilled IPA.

Young Tom Welsh Gin with Bitter Spiced Lemon:

Pour the Welsh gin into a glass filled with ice and add a splash of bitter lemon or lemon tonic. Then, squeeze a lemon peel over the drink to release the oils and garnish with a star anise. The tonic and lemon oils provide the serve with a delicious bitter flavour, which is gorgeously balanced by Young Tom’s sweet and floral flavours from the distilled IPA. The star anise garnish offers a charming spice to the serve and complements the star anise notes in the Welsh gin.
