About Us

Eccentric Spirits is a range of Welsh gin and other spirits celebrating the quirks of Wales’ cities, the wildness of her coastline, the idiosyncrasies of botanicals and the flavours they deliver. Each bottle is a distinctive nod to the people, the places and the ideas that inspired it!

Eccentric Spirits originally began as Eccentric Gin Co being produced in Caerphilly. In March 2020, production moved to In The Welsh Wind Distillery on the west coast of Wales and Eccentric was attentively rebranded. Since then, we have brought new purpose to this range of Welsh spirits and have introduced our Black Batch Spiced Rum and Cardi Bay Flavoured Welsh Vodka into the range, to expand its versatility and celebrate more wonderful quirks of Wales.

How we do it

Inspired by & crafted in Wales

Each Eccentric Spirit celebrates different quirks of Wales and is produced on it's wild west coast.

Distilled in small batches

We distil in small batches using carefully selected botanicals to ensure that each spirit screams of its Welsh inspiration.

All of our spirits are hand bottled and labelled with care by the team here on the west Wales coast.
