Today we're bringing you the recipe for our Welsh twist on the classic Dark 'n' Stormy cocktail.
This popular serve showcases our full-bodied Black Batch Rum, and encompasses the refreshing combination of spiced rum, spritzy citrus, and fiery ginger.
Recipe:
- Lime Wedge
- Black Batch Rum - 50ml
- Limecello (we use one by Nonna Assunta Liqueurs that's made in Wales!) - 25ml
- Ginger Beer to top
- Lime Wheel to garnish
Method:
- Muddle a lime wedge in the bottom of a cocktail shaker
- Add the rum and limecello
- Stir to combine
- Fill a rocks glass with ice
- Strain in the rum and limecello
- Top with ginger beer
- Garnish with a lime wheel
