Recipe:
- Black Batch Spiced Rum - 50ml
- Orange liqueur (Cointreau) - 15ml
- Orgeat syrup - 10ml
- Lime juice - 25ml
- Sugar syrup - 10ml
- Pineapple wedge and lime wedge to garnish
Method:
- Pour the rum, orange liqueur, orgeat syrup, lime juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice cubes.
- Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
- Fill a tall glass with crushed ice then strain the cocktail over it.
- Garnish with pineapple and a lime wedge.
