Recipe:

  • Black Batch Spiced Rum - 50ml
  • Orange liqueur (Cointreau) - 15ml
  • Orgeat syrup - 10ml
  • Lime juice - 25ml
  • Sugar syrup - 10ml
  • Pineapple wedge and lime wedge to garnish

Method:

  • Pour the rum, orange liqueur, orgeat syrup, lime juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice cubes.
  • Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
  • Fill a tall glass with crushed ice then strain the cocktail over it.
  • Garnish with pineapple and a lime wedge.
